• Your Freight must be Packaged Appropriately and Dockside or and easily Accessible Loading Area at the time of pickup.
• In most cases you will be Required to Load and Unload your Freight. The Driver may Assist in Loading/Unloading, but it is NOT REQUIRED to do so, also you may Incur ADDITIONAL Charges for suck help if used.
• Heavy items my REQUIRE Lift Gate Service if no Dock facilities are available. Lift Gates are also an additional charge.
• Pickups are done between the hours of 12PM and 5PM Weekdays, most Deliveries are usually in the AM. Dates and Times are Always ESTIMATED and are NOT GUARANTEED, so always allow for Leeway on Pickups/Deliveries.
• Freight MUST be Accepted Curbside at Delivery

• In Most Cases it is the Most Time and Cost Effective manner of Shipping Freight.
• Pickups can be setup in a Promply manner, Sometimes as soon as the Same day or in some cases the Next day.
• Standard Delivery times range from 1 to 10 Business days from the time of setup, Depending on the location.
• There are many ACCESSORIALS available suck as INSIDE PICKUP and DELIVERY, as well as GUARANTEED TRANSIT TIMES and WEEKEND DELIVERYS (Where AVAILABLE). It is Always best to CALL to get an ACCURATE RATE on these types of Services, as they may Change Day to Day in Conjunction with Fuel Surcharges.
• You may as well Utilize the Carriers TERMINALS as a way to Save money on Accessorial Fees.
